Beyond Surgical Supply was founded after a conversation that highlighted a challenge many healthcare providers still face today.
While working in the medical sales industry, I asked a physician where his practice purchased medical supplies. Like many healthcare providers, he relied heavily on one of the large national distributors. As we talked, he shared several frustrations that I would hear repeatedly over the years.
Prices seemed to increase without warning. Staff rarely had the time to audit purchasing costs or compare alternatives. Certain products were frequently backordered or unavailable. Most importantly, many practices felt they had limited options when it came to managing their supply expenses.
That conversation planted the seed for what would eventually become Beyond Surgical Supply.
I believed healthcare providers deserved another option—one that combined competitive pricing, dependable service, and access to quality medical products without requiring customers to rely on a single supplier.
Today, that mission continues to guide everything we do.
